INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect contact and profile information, including your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, emergency-contact information, and preferences you choose to provide.
We may collect information about your relationship with Forj LA, including inquiries, First Class Free requests, class reservations and attendance, waivers, memberships, billing status, purchases, and communications with our staff.
We may collect website and device information, such as pages visited, referral source, browser or device information, and form activity, through technologies used to operate and improve our website.
We may receive information directly from you and from service providers that help us operate our website, scheduling, membership, payment, customer communication, and messaging systems.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use personal information to respond to inquiries; help people schedule and manage classes; administer waivers, memberships, billing, and services; provide reservation and service updates; maintain accurate relationship and communication history; improve our classes and operations; protect safety and security; comply with law; and, where authorized, provide information about relevant Boxing, Muay Thai, Combat Jiu Jitsu, and related Forj LA offerings.
We may use automated or AI-assisted systems to organize information, support staff decisions, personalize service, and help prepare or send communications. These systems are subject to Forj LA policies, permissions, consent requirements, and human oversight appropriate to the situation.
HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to operate our website, membership, scheduling, payment, analytics, customer-management, or messaging systems. These providers may use the information only to provide services to Forj LA, subject to their agreements and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

YOUR CHOICES
You may choose not to provide optional information, although some services may then be unavailable. You may ask us to review or correct information by contacting Forj LA. You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP. Opting out of SMS does not affect non-SMS services or communications you separately requested.
SMS AND MOBILE INFORMATION
If you provide a mobile number and affirmatively opt in to text messages, Forj LA may collect and use your mobile number, SMS consent record, message content, delivery information, opt-out status, and related interaction history. We use this information to respond to inquiries, help schedule or manage classes, provide reservation and service updates, follow up on requested services, and, where authorized, provide information about relevant classes, memberships, and offers.
Mobile information may be disclosed only to service providers acting on Forj LA’s behalf to operate the messaging program, or when required by law. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
FORJ LA SMS MESSAGING TERMS
Program description. By checking an SMS consent box, submitting a form that includes SMS consent, or otherwise affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive recurring informational and marketing text messages from Forj LA at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include responses to inquiries, help scheduling or managing a First Class Free visit, class and reservation updates, service-related follow-up, and information about relevant Forj LA classes, memberships, and offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology and may be AI-assisted.
Consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or participation. You represent that you are authorized to provide the mobile number used to opt in.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No additional texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and device compatibility.
